All items are created in a smoke and pet-friendly-but free environment

Do take a pause and enjoy the stay at Pauseability.

I took the leap to start selling on etsy on 29 Feb 08.

Payment

We currently only accept paypal. Once payment has cleared, your package will ship out within 2 post office days.

Shipping

For international orders, items are sent as first class airmail from Singapore. From past experience, it usually takes about 2 weeks.

If you have other preference, please do let me know.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let me know within two days of receiving your item, and we can work together to come to a conclusion. Refunds may be given on a case-by-case basis. Thank you.
