Browse around, you might find something that strikes your fancy, also there are new and different items being added all the time so check back often.

I stand behind what I sell, I try to describe everything to the best of my ability, if you have a question feel free to contact me. Free gift wrapping on request.

Payment

I prefer Paypal mainly because it is fast, secure and allows me to get your order mailed to you usually within 24 hours of payment received. Also, you do not need to have a Paypal account to use your credit card, or debit card through them.

Otherwise, I will accept Money Orders, but only Postal Money Orders, but paying this way will delay your order being sent out. When I shop, I like my purchases to come to me as fast as possible, so in turn, I like to get your purchase to you as soon as I can.

If purchasing items from both of my shops, please contact me, so I can send you a combined invoice with discounted shipping charges.
If items in your shopping cart are not paid for within 24 hours I will cancel the sale and relist all items. If there is a special circumstance, please just let me know. Communication is important, and all I ask.

SALES TAX:
I am required to add 6.0% sales tax to sales delivered to an address within Florida. Since each county in Florida has a different local tax I will bypass charging it to you and pay that tax myself. So if you live in Florida all I will add is Florida State sales tax of 6%.

Shipping

Shipping within the United States is by USPS first class with delivery confirmation, and outside the United States by USPS international first class (delivery confirmation is not available for international first class orders).

If you would like to upgrade to priority or express shipping, please convo me to find out about times and additional charges.

Once your order is shipped, I am NOT responsible for delayed, lost or damaged packages. If you would like insurance on your package, please convo me BEFORE you pay and I will send you a revised invoice with insurance added.
I will ship your order to the address you specify on the ETSY order, so please be sure that your PayPal address matches.

Some international shipments can be delayed due to Customs, so please allow extra time for this possibility as well. I am NOT responsible for any customs or taxes due.

When possible, I try to use clean RECYCLED/RE-USED bubble/padded envelopes. The jewelry gift boxes are always brand new.

Refunds and Exchanges

I stand behind what I sell and if you have any concerns regarding your order, PLEASE CONTACT ME BEFORE LEAVING FEEDBACK. If you are unhappy with your purchase or a mistake has been made, I will do my best to correct it. The key to resolving a problem is good communication.
