Erk N' Jrk Creations is comprised of two women who had a fight one day (hence, "Irk" and "Jerk") and came up with something fun and wonderful!

At Erk N' Jrk Creations anything goes. That includes our jewelry. We love many different mediums and can't wait to try anything and everything under the sun. At our shop you will find fun, retro, funky, vintage-inspired, romantic, and all around great jewelry to match the many sides of you!

We hope your time with us is a good one. We strive to put customer service first and will do everything in our power to make you happy.

So relax, look around, and find something you can't possibly live without!

Payment

~Purchasing Options~
We accept all forms of payments; PayPal, Money Order, Check, and Cash. However, payments not made with PayPal will need to be received before your order is shipped out (which will cause a delay in shipping times). If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to drop us a line either here at Etsy or at ErkNJrkCreations [!at] gmail.com.

Shipping

~Shipping~
Shipping is within 24-72 hours of purchase. This allows time for purchases made on Friday to go out that following Monday. We appreciate all orders and make sure to provide the best customer service possible. If you need your purchase sooner, please let me know at time of sale and I'll see that it's shipped out ASAP!

Refunds and Exchanges

~Refunds~
Erk N' Jrk Creations also provides 100 percent refunds within 14 days if you are not happy with your purchase. If for some reason the item you receive is not as promised in the description, a refund of half the purchase value will be given back immediately and once we receive the item back, the other half will be refunded within 24 hours.
