Payment

I accept PayPal, check, or money order. If you would like to pay with a check or with a money order, please note that the item(s) will not be shipped until your check has cleared.

Shipping

I insure all packages being shipped in the USA. I will ship USPS First Class unless you have made arrangements with me to upgrade your shipping at your expense. Please convo me if you have a special request. If you are in the Des Moines area, I would love to hand deliver your item to you and refund the shipping costs!

As for international shipping, including Canada, I will ship the fastest way possible within the shipping budget. I can not be responsible to customs and other fees. I have shipped to many places around the world and have not had a problem. :)

Refunds and Exchanges

Once your package is in the hands of the USPS, I can not control what happens to it, BUT I do put insurance and delivery confirmation on everything being shipped in the USA.

I want you to love your purchase as much as I loved making it. If you are not happy, neither am I. I will refund the cost of the item if you return it to me.
