All important ordering information can be found here, and, also, in the 'note to buyers' that comes up during your purchase. Please read everything.

Please allow approximately two weeks for completion before shipping. If you need an item by a certain time please convo! Work begins once full payment has been received.

Payment

I accept payment via paypal. Payment is due immediately. Any payment not finalized within 5 business days will cancel the sale. Work begins once payment has been received.

Buyers are solely responsible for any and all import duties or taxes levied by their own government agencies.

If your Paypal name varies from the name on your Etsy let me know. I will need to know this information for payment verification and records.

The "other" button is NOT to be used unless you convo me first and I approve another form of payment, but as a rule I only take Paypal.

Shipping

I ship USPS, all items are created after they are ordered.

-Please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery as each item is made once ordered. Convo if you need an item by a certain date!

- If your name or address is listed differently on your paypal than it is on your Etsy mailing address, please let me know so that I can verify payment if needed. You are responsible for letting me know where to ship your item to if it is different from your Etsy address. Thank you.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you would like to request a refund or exchange please contact me.

***Because my business is so small it is difficult for me to honor returns so please keep in mind that it is very very important to contact me about any preferences you may have before the package is sent out.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I welcome wholesale and consignment inquiries & custom Alchemy orders. Also, I can do small discounted batches for wedding party gift bags, fashion show gift bags, sweet 16 parties, etc. Please send a convo!

I offer discounts, sales and promotions often, especially special discounts for repeat customers, just ask!
