I will ship to verified Paypal addresses only. if it is a gift for someone and you want to send it to them please add them to your verified list of addresses on Paypal. I ship USPS. $1.50 (that's how quick I would like to get these out to you). If you are international the shipping is listed as EVERYWHERE ELSE under the shipping option.
