Hi There- This is the right place to be for all the ins and outs of my Etsy shop.

Payment

Payment - Online orders are placed through my Boutique at Etsy.com (www.diaperbagwrangler.etsy.com) using Paypal. Payment is requested when an order is placed unless other arrangements have been made. If you do not make payment within 48 hours and do not respond to convos/e-mails I will cancel your order.

Shipping

Shipping - All non-custom orders are shipped within 2 business days from when payment is cleared. I ship super fast - seriously - check my feedback. :) I mail almost everything through the USPS. Shipping rates posted for each item are for First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation. International orders ship First Class Post with a Customs Declaration Number. The order will be shipped to address specified in the Etsy order.

International Shipping - I do ship internationally, however you (the customer) are responsible for any additional customs tarrifs.

Insurance - Insurance is optional and additional to any listed shipping prices. Please contact me PRIOR to placing your order so I can update your shipping costs.

Refunds and Exchanges

Customer Service - Although I do not offer returns, I will accommodate a replacement or a refund if there is an issue with your purchase. Just send me an e-mail and we can work something out. My goal is for you to be happy.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Custom Orders - If you have fabric I offer discounted pricing for orders with "Customer Supplied Fabric". Basically - you send me your fabric, I make the products. Convo me for pricing/details.

Care for your items – Use all items responsibly and with care- especially around your baby!
~ Original Organizer - (without the link loop) machine wash gentle cycle or hand wash/line dry.
~ Link Loop Organizer - remove link, machine wash cold/gentle or hand wash and line dry.
~ Quick Trip Organizers (with a ribbon strap) - remove ribbon before washing, and hand wash/line dry only.
~ Wipes Case - spot clean only and should be handled with care. IF the trim pulls away from the plastic case, just squeeze some super glue along the inside and let it dry for a day...and be nice to your case it's only plastic, adhesive and trim! :)
~ Changing Pad & Burp Cloths - machine wash gentle cycle and machine dry on a low setting.
~ Bib Clip - hand wash/spot clean and line dry.
~ Booties - machine wash gentle cycle or hand wash and line dry
~ Kimono Tee - machine wash gentle cycle and machine dry on a low setting
~ Crib Toy Hammock - hand wash/spot clean and line dry.
**All items come with an information/care hangtag.

Q. How many diapers will the Organizer hold?
A.I can fit 6 (Size 5) Diapers plus a soft pack of travel wipes easily in a pouch. If I use a hard wipes case, I can fit 4 diapers in there.

Q. How thick is the Terrycloth Changing Pad?
A. The changing pad has a fabric front and a terrycloth reverse. The terrycloth is double sided - like a towel - so it is cushy, but not bulky. It is not water proof or water resistant. It's just a barrier between your little one's tush and the icky changing table. (Organic Collection features an 8oz flannel)

Q. How long will it take to get my order in the mail?
A. All orders ship from Philadelphia PA, so it’s relative to where you live. Most East Coast deliveries are 2-3 days. It can take up to 7-10 days for West Coast or International Addresses. Make sure you account for Sundays and Holidays with the US Postal Service.
