Payment

Modiste Me accepts Paypal for all purchase. Please complete your payment for your purchase within **3 business days**. Your item can not be shipped until your Paypal payment has been processed.

Please note that if you are new to Paypal and you choose not to have a credit card affiliated with your Paypal account, your payment will likely be processed as a "e-check". Before you utilize the e-check option, please keep in mind that these types of payments will delay the shipping of your item(s) as they can take as many as 7-10 business days to process from Paypal's end.

Although Modiste Me is located in the freezing tundra of igloo-spotted Canada, Etsy is a US-based website. As such, all prices are listed in **US dollars**.

Shipping

Once your payment has cleared through Paypal, I will ship your order within 1 - 3 days (depending on whether your payment cleared during the week on on the weekend). Shipping is done through standard post within Canada and airmail post to the United States and Internationally. It may take up to two weeks for you to receive your package in the US or Internationally. Modiste me can not be responsible for items lost by the postal service, but please do contact us if there is an issue.

Shipping **does not** include insurance or tracking. If you would like to purchase insurance or would like tracking information, please indicate this in the message to seller or via conversation prior to purchasing the item and I will be happy to amend the shipping costs accordingly.

Refunds and Exchanges

All handmade items have made with much care. Although Modiste Me is not in a position to accept returns, if a mistake has been made or if you feel there is an issue with the quality of the work on any item, I will happily do my best to remedy the situation for you.

Additional Policies and FAQs

When you receive your item, there is an option to leave **feedback** for each seller. It's a great way for me to know that you've received your item and are happy with your purchase!
