Payment

I am only able to take Paypal, however I can take Paypal in British Pounds, Euros, and US Dollars.

(If you require payment in British Pounds or Euros please wait for an invoice before paying)

Payment must be within three days of buying.

Shipping

Ready to ship items will be posted within one week of purchasing but are usually sent within 2 - 3 days.

I post on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.

Timescales on custom orders will be agreed on application.

The Birch Tree is happy to take custom and alchemy orders, although please be aware that these may take longer.

Please be aware when purchasing baby clothes that they are made at home and as such are not subjected to the rigorous testing that shop bought baby clothes usually are. I do however have a baby daughter Astrid who wears my designs and subjects them to the usual energetic baby wear and tear!
