Payment

PayPal is the only form of payment currently accepted.

Payment must be made within 48 hours of placing order. If for some reason you cannot complete payment in this time frame please contact me to avoid cancellation.

New York state residents will be charged sales tax.

Shipping

Interested in multiple purchases? Don't pay excessive shipping costs! Purchase items on Etsy but do not complete payment with PayPal. I will send you a revised invoice with a combined shipping total within 24 hours and payment can be completed at that time.

All shipping charges include insurance.

All retail orders are shipped Priority Mail within 48 hours of payment, excluding weekends and holidays,unless stated otherwise.

All wholesale/custom orders are shipped within 2 weeks of
payment, unless stated otherwise.

I'm happy to ship international, please contact me for a quote.

Refunds and Exchanges

Sales on all personal care items are final.

For candles and home fragrance items…

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason please contact me within 3 days of receiving your order.

Refunds will be given on unused items that are returned in the same condition that they were received.

Refunds will be issued, minus shipping and processing fees, for paypal orders only. Orders paid with check or money order are eligible for store credit or exchange only.

Unless there was a mistake on our part, buyer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned items .

Please carefully pack returned items in their original packaging! Refunds will not be given on products damaged in return transit due to improper packing.

Refunds/Credit will not be given until item is received.

If an item arrives damage please contact me immediately ! Make sure to save all box and packing materials for inspection by the Post Office.

Wholesale

If you are interested in placing a wholesale order and would like a copy of our terms and price list please contact me for approval with your business name, address/website, phone number, and tax ID number. NY state residents will have to submit a Resale Certificate prior to first order.
