The brain-child of a mother and daughter team, My Precious Grandchild debuted in April of 2006. Since the birth of the collection, the store has received much attention and positive feedback.

Refunds and Exchanges

My Precious Grandchild offers a no questions asked 100% return policy within 30 days of merchandise received. All items must be in new condition, no signs of wear or wash. This does not apply to special custom orders, which are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for shipping both ways and etsy/paypal fees.

To receive a refund, please email My Precious Grandchild at returns [!at] mypreciousgrandchild.com, and a Return Authorization Number will be issued, as well as further instructions.
