Payment
I accept Paypal, as well as checks. All payments must be cleared before your order will ship.
Shipping
I ship first class USPS, which should arrive in 3 to 5 days.
I am happy to ship internationally, but as I have to take your order to the post office, it will often be a day or two before I can ship. I will let you know the shipping date when I receive your order.
You may wish to purchase insurance to ensure that you are covered if your package does not reach you. In this case, I will do everything I can to research its whereabouts and get it to you. However, the Post Office holds the responsibility for your package once I have shipped it, not me. I have yet to encounter a problem, but you never know!
Refunds and Exchanges
Something wrong? We can't have that! If you receive your item and it is defective, I will absolutely make it right. You will need to send me a convo or e-mail within 7 days of receiving your order (receipt date will be determined by the Post Office's tracking). I will be happy to replace the item once I have received the defective piece. Custom orders are not refundable (wire rings, for example), but I will repair or replace them at my discretion if they are defective.
