Payment

Currently I accept Paypal as payment. Paypal is a secure online payment system and is very easy to use. Opening an account is not required - you can simply pay with a credit card as you would on any other site. I also now accept RME, just select "other" as payment and convo me so I can send you an RME invoice.

I require payment within 24 hours of purchase. If payment is not received, I reserve the right to cancel the transaction and re-post the item. If you for some reason cannot make payment within 24 hours, please contact me.

Shipping

All orders shipped in the United States are Shipped USPS. I send orders First Class or Priority Mail depending on weight. I ship almost every day, excluding weekends and holidays. My shipping prices reflect both the price of shipping and handling/packaging costs.

Customs & Duty:
These fees are solely the responsibility of the buyer.

If you need special ship dates contact me and we can discuss the details.

If this is a gift to be sent to someone other than you, please note it in the "note to seller" field when purchasing an item. My packages are already gift-wrapped with a blank note included, but I can write a note on the card at no extra charge.

If you do not receive your order please do contact me and we might be able to track it together. I do not know you didn't receive an item and can not research it if I am not told.

Refunds and Exchanges

All my jewelry pieces are crafted carefully with high-quality materials and inspected scrupulously before shipping. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, I am always glad to accept it for return or exchange in it's original, unused condition, less the cost of shipping. Returns may be made within 10 days of receipt of item, and exchanges may be made within 30 days of receipt of order. I certainly want you to be a happy customer, so please contact me with any problems

REPAIRS:
In the unlikely event your piece breaks, I will repair it free of charge (less shipping costs) within three months of date of purchase. After that time, I may have to charge a small fee. Please email me first to discuss the nature of the repair required.

CUSTOM AND SPECIAL ORDERS:
I am open to doing custom work or modifications to a current design to better suit your needs if my schedule allows. Please contact me via the "contact radiate" link or "request custom item" link on the home page of my shop.

Some of my designs are available for wholesale - please contact me if you are interested and we can discuss the possibilities!

FEEDBACK:
Please give me feedback via the feedback option in your etsy account. It lets me know that you received your purchase and it helps my business in so many ways. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, though, please please please contact me BEFORE leaving feedback so I can do everything possible to rectify the situation!

I do value my customers (and the sellers I buy from) and try to give feedback promptly but if you need feedback faster, let me know. I would be grateful to receive feedback as well!
