Shipping

Dinky Treasures offers shipping via the United States Postal Service, Priority Mail to the 50 United States only! A confirmation of shipment will be sent via email upon delivery to the carrier.

**I'm sorry...I do not offer shipping to APO/FPO addresses, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, or any other International locations at this time.**

Dinky Treasures takes extra care in providing quality packaging and shipping. However, the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon my delivery to the carrier. I make no warranties, expressed or implied, for service transit time or care of package once it leaves my hands. Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods.

Refunds and Exchanges

Dinky Treasures takes pride in satisfying its customers, and providing a quality product. I make every effort to be as accurate, reliable, and error-free as possible. I want you to be as pleased with my creations as I am. I know that circumstances can happen though, and on occasion it may be necessary to return an item. Upon notice and final agreement, I will gladly refund the purchase price excluding shipping charges for all items returned to me within 2 weeks of purchase date in unused condition. However, please be advised that all shipping expenses will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
