Payment

Paypal is the preferred method of payment.If you are purchasing an item and will not be paying right away, I would really appreciate a convo, just so I know you didn't forget about me. Payment is especially appreciated within three days please, if you need more time, please ask me. Please make sure your address is correct!! I will ship to your ETSY address!

Shipping

I like to ship first class domestic and international. If within the U.S. and you would love to have priority mail instead, just ask. Need insurance? Just ask. I find that First Class usually arrives in a wonderfully prompt amount of time. International shipping can take anywhere from 4 to 14 days. If you would like your package to mailed registered, please ask. It can cost up to $10.15 more.

I try to ship next day after payment is made, I do occasionally need an extra day or so, be sure to tell me if you are in dire need of your item! *Please make sure your address is correct* I will ship to your ETSY address!!

Refunds and Exchanges

I really can't be held responsible for lost/damaged items that have not been insured, but please let me know if this happens. I will do my best to help you. I try to take very good photographs of my bears and describe them well, so what you see is what you get. If you order one of my bears and just hate it to pieces (how sad I would be), I would accept him back and refund your money minus shipping. If you would like to return a bear,please do so in a timely manner, no more than five days after receiving him.
