Payment

All payment are du up-front, exception made for Alchemy items and custom orders as half is du up-front, the other half at shipping.

I only accept Paypal at the moment.

Shipping

I ship with PostCanada; Please allow 5-10 business days for you goodie to arrive to you. International buyers, allow 10 to 20 business days.

If you would like speedier shipping, I will gladly upgrade to Xpress post (2-3 days). Let me know if this might interest you and I'll send you a quote.

Customs and duty fees are the responsability of the buyers.

Shipping fees are not refundable.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, I will gladly exchange it for another of same value; FIRST, e-mail me to wittyworkshop [!at] gmail.com to let me know about your issue. Then please send your item back to me within 5 days of reception of the good.

Unfortunetly, we can't take responsability for any courrier damage.
