Payment
Payments by paypal should be received within 48 hours.
North Carolina residents must pay sales tax.
If you would like to send a check, please contact me before doing so.
If you send cash, you are sending at your own risk.
Shipping
I ship to your paypal address, so please check to see if it is correct. Items will be shipped withing 1 to 3 business days.
United States only: Your package will have tracking so you can check on paypal to see where your package is. If a package is marked as delivered, then there is nothing else for me to do unless you purchased insurance.
Everywhere else: I cannot ship from paypal to places other than the United States, but I will take your package to the post office and ship from there. I will also get tracking for your packages.
In order for items to arrive in time for the holidays, please place orders ASAP. I will be shipping every day starting 11/23 thru 12/14. Items are shipped First Class and to the US are usually received within 4 days, Canadian orders within 1 week, and elsewhere in the world within 2 weeks. Tracking is provided for all US orders. Please understand that this is a hectic time for the USPS.
Refunds and Exchanges
I currently do not accept refunds or exchanges, so please be aware when purchasing.
Repairs are free and rarely needed. If an item arrives broken, please contact me before leaving feedback. Depending on what the item is, I will usually need you to send the item and all of the parts back to me so I can repair it. Most of my items are OOAK. If a clasp, toggle, bead, etc needs to be replaced and you would like to fix it yourself, I will gladly send a replacement.
If a package has not arrived within 2 weeks, please feel free to contact me and I'll try my best to see what is going on. This has happened in the past with the postal service, and unfortunately sometimes packages do go missing! All items sent to US address have tracking.

I currently am not doing wholesale.
I welcome custom orders and I am willing to complete them depending on what supplies I have on hand. Most of my items are OOAK (one of a kind).
Jewelry has never been worn. If you see a listing where there is a photograph of myself or someone else wearing it, it is not the same piece that is for sale and that you will receive.
