_I accept checks, money orders and Paypal.
(checks must clear before shipment is sent)

_Price depends on the material used, the size of the plush and the complexity.

Shipping

_I ship from Canada to the entire world

CANADIAN BUYERS: The shipping cost may vary depending on your location. Please convo me and I will give you the exact cost. It could be lower than the cost mentioned on each listing but it couln't be higher. Thanks!

_All shipping is done via Canada Post and will be shipped within four business days upon payment, unless otherwise specified.

***CANADA : My toys are shipped at REGULAR PARCEL RATE - SURFACE (3 to 10 days). Insurance is included in this service. You will receive confirmation via email when your item has been shipped.

***USA : My toys are shipped at SMALL PACKET USA RATE - SURFACE (6 to 12 days). Insurance is included in this service. You will receive confirmation via email when your item has been shipped.

***INTERNATIONAL : My toys are shipped at SMALL PACKET INTERNATIONAL RATE - SURFACE (4 to 6 weeks). Insurance is included in this service. You will receive confirmation via email when your item has been shipped. If this shipping service is too long for your needs, please convo me and I will give you the price for a faster service.

Refunds and Exchanges

_I want you to love your new friend! If it doesn't connect between you, you have seven whole days to contact me.

_Return of items in original condition will be accepted for refund or replacement.

_I'm making my softies in a non-smoking and pet-free environment.

_Most of my designs include small parts like plastic eyes or plastic pellets. It is not suitable for small children.

_I'm sorry but I can't take custom orders.
