Payment

Paypal. Check accepted but items will not be shipped until checks clear.

Shipping

I ship USPS first class mail.

To keep shipping cost down, I recycle cardboard, along with paper for shipping and it also helps the planet!

Will ship within 48 hours of receiving your payment if not otherwise noted in shop announcements.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your order please contact me and express your reasons within 48 hours of receiving your package at beccaalley[at]gmail[dot]com for instructions.

Shipping will not be refunded.

Please note that MyCatLulu shop will not be responsible for lost/damaged packages.
