Payment

I prefer PayPal or RME (Revolution Money Exchange). If you would like to pay via RME, please send payment to SusanLevi [!at] comcast.net.
I accept personal checks but will not ship your purchase until I receive notification from my bank that the check has cleared.

Shipping

I ship via US Postal Service, usually First Class mail, occasionally Priority Mail. If you would like to upgrade the shipping method, add on delivery confirmation or insurance (highly recommnded; I am not responsible for packages that have left my care) please notify me. I can refund your original PayPal payment and reissue you a newly revised invoice with the extra costs.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds and Exchanges are considered on a case by case basis. I want you to be happy with your purchase, so we can always work something out. Please contact me before leaving feedback if you have any questions or concerns.
