Welcome to my shop! As you can see, I love glass. Each piece is made by me with the help of my torch.

Feel free to look around and please contact me if you have any questions regarding the item listed, shipping, or combined shipping.

Payment

Method of payment is by PayPal only. If PayPal is not possible, please convo me and we can work something out.

Payment is expected within 3 days of purchase. If I have not received payment, I will convo you and if no reply, the item will be relisted.

Shipping

Method of shipment is by Canada Post. Each person is responsible for their own Customs fees if applicable.

I list approximate shipping charges to Canada and the US. Actual shipping prices are as charged by Canada Post. Online calculator link is http://www.canadapost.ca/personal/rates/default-e.asp Originating postal code is T0E0H0 and dimensions of the mailer are 23 cm x 16 cm x 3 cm and weight is 0.1 kg. Pens and necklaces are sent by Expedited Parcel which includes delivery confirmation and insurance.

If when packaging, I discover that the actual cost of shipping is cheaper than what is indicated in the listing, I will gladly refund the difference.

International buyers contact me for shipping charges and options.

Refunds and Exchanges

All items are packaged "Fort Knox" style to prevent, at all possible, breakage. All items are sent in boxes and are made motionless within the box.

However, in the unlikely event that damage was obtained during shipping, please contact me ASAP after package arrival. Include a picture of the damaged item so that I can compensate you.

Additional Policies and FAQs

All of the glassworks are cleaned and free of sharp edges. Each piece goes straight from the torch and into the kiln for annealing. Annealing is a cooling process to prevent spontaneous cracking. However, annealing does not prevent breakage by rough handling or dropping on a hard surface such as concrete floor.
