I am so excited about this creative venue for artists!
While my business is over 20 years old, I am fairly new to the world of Etsy.

Please check back often as I am constantly creating!

Below I have included a list of frequently asked questions but if you have any questions that aren't answered here or if you are interested in custom work or wholesale terms please feel free to convo me.

Payment

I currently accept Paypal, Visa or Mastercard.

You can pay with a credit card via Paypal even if you don't have an account with them...
or
I can accept visa or mastercard directly through my personal merchant account

Shipping

* ITEM PACKAGING
How your item is packaged depends on the item and what I have avaible at the time. Your new treasures could be mounted on a card, tucked in a protective sleeve, pouch or plastic baggie, displayed in a box or wrapped securely in tissue.

In an effort to create less burden on the planet, whenever possible I reuse shipping and packing materials.
(and I always include a little treat!)

* SHIPPING METHOD
Unless otherwise stated in the listing, my standard shipping method is First Class via US Post Office. You can upgrade to priority and add insurance and tracking, if you wish, for an additional fee.

* note...I am not responsible for loss or damage to an item that doesn't have insurance or tracking.

* INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING NOW AVAIABLE!

* COMBINED SHIPPING
I am happy to combine shipping. If not stated in the listings, prices will be quoted on request.

Refunds and Exchanges

I really want you to be happy with your purchase.

If something arrives and it isn't what you thought, I will exchange it within 30 days of purchase with a copy of your valid invoice. Please convo me as soon as possible and we can make arrangements.

I offer shop credit only.

* note...I am very careful about my packaging and go to great lengths to make sure my artwok is safe and secure. Once your items leave my hands, however, I cannot be responsible for loss or damage to an item that doesn't have insurance or tracking.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

* Can items be altered?
yes...whenever possible I am happy to alter an item to fit. Depending on the work and materials, there might be a nominal fee.

* Do you make custom items?
Sure...I can custom design something for you or a gift. I can incorporate a piece you might have or start from scratch. Colors, shapes or designs can be requested. Please convo me for specifics.

* I am a retailer, do you have wholesale pricing?
Yes, with minimums. Please convo me or email pvale [!at] cox.net for more information and pricing

* What if a piece of jewelry breaks?
No problem...Please return it to me, and whenever possible, I will repair the item...free of charge

If repair is not possible I will exchange the item for an item of equal value. Please keep your invoice for exchanges.

* Why Paypal?
Because it's a secure and safe way to make online purchases without having to give a seller (you might not know) your personal financial information.

* How do you use Paypal?
Just follow their really simple directions.
You don't need to have an account with them to use your credit card.
