Thank you for visiting The Saucha Shop. Saucha means purity. It is my goal to achieve a feeling of purity and simplicity in every piece I create.

Each piece is hand-crafted upon receipt of payment. Please allow 3 days for the creation and shipping of your custom jewelry. Please remember, each piece is hand-stamped and imperfections add to the charm.

Payment

Please follow checkout procedures and pay via paypal. If you would like to pay by money order, please note this in message to seller.

Shipping

Orders are shipped using USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail. International Orders to Canada and Mexico are $9.95 all others $11.95. Please wait for an updated invoice to pay.

Insurance: If you would like to purchase insurance on your package, convo me and I'll set up a listing for you. Once your package leaves my hands, I have no control over the US Postal Service and I'm not responsible for a lost package. Generally insurance costs $1-3 (shipping to US address only) depending on the value of your order.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to love your custom jewelry. If you are unhappy for any reason, let me know and we'll make arrangements to exchange your jewelry within 7 days of receiving it. If the error occurs on my end, I will refund your shipping fees.

If something happens to break (you lose a necklace clasp, etc.), contact me and I'll help you out as much as possible. The broken item must be returned for replacement, though, and the shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer
