Payment

I do not combine seperate checkouts.
Be sure to have all the items you would like to purchase in your basket before checking out to get the combined discount shipping rate.

Payment is due by within 24 hours after checkout.

It's simple to pay: click on the Paypal link after having completed the checkout through Etsy. This will direct you to your personal Paypal account and you can pay through there.

At this time, Paypal is the only accepted form of payment.

Shipping

ALL items are shipped from England.

I only use Royal Mail to ship everything. Shipping quotes for shipment are stated at the end of each listing PER item to be shipped.

There are no flat rates, bundle rates, flat rate envelopes or boxes via the Royal Mail. All items shipped from England are priced based on the size and weight of the package.

Sometimes you will receive two small packages. This is to save on shipment costs because at times it is cheaper to ship two small packages rather than one large one.


Packages shipped within the UK using the Royal Mail usually take 1 to 4 days to arrive.

Packages shipped to Europe generally take 4 to 10 days for Air Mail. Everywhere else outside of the UK can take anywhere from 5 to 23 days to arrive. This is highly dependent on weather conditions, how far the package has to travel & the holiday season.

Insurance can be purchased seperately for $8 per package.

Refunds and Exchanges

All sales are final. This is a YART Sale & I cannot accept returns nor issue refunds.

If the package is damaged or lost en route and you have not purchased insurance on your package, I cannot refund your loss.

Insurance is available for an extra $8 per shipment.

Frequently asked questions section:

"Can I get combined shipping on this?"

Yes. The combined shipping rates are quoted at the bottom of each listing, per item you are purchasing.

"Can you put this into a Flat Rate Envelope?" / "Can you ship this Flat Rate Global Priority and save me a bundle on shipping?"

NO. Royal Mail does not have a flat rate anything. You pay for shipment based on size and weight. All shipping quotes are at the bottom of each listing.

"If I buy one or more items from your shop, can you cut me a deal since I'm purchasing multiple items?"

No. These are handcrafted items that have taken time and money to make. They are already priced to sell. At this time I do not offer wholesale pricing.

"Can you give me a shipping discount since I purchased four items?" / "I want to purchase from your shop but cannot afford the shipment, can you give me a discount?" / "I want 4 items from your shop but would like to pay $5.50 for shipment to the U.S. Is there any way you can arrange that?"

No. Shipping prices from England to anywhere in the world are listed at cost in each listing per item. What you pay for shipment is the actual cost for shipment!

"Can you hold this for me?"

Unfortunately, no.

"I put the item in my basket, but when checking out, it's no longer there? What happened?"

This usually means that the item has been purchased by someone else while you were browsing my shop. I do apologize but it does happen from time to time. Nothing is final until you finish checkout. If you convo me, sometimes I will have more in stock that is not listed of something that just sold out.

"I have already checked out, why do I keep getting invoices to pay for something I've already checked out?"

The checkout on Etsy is simply that: a contract between the buyer and the seller stating what they are purchasing. The actual payment needs to be completed through Paypal. If you click on the 'receipt' link, this will bring you to the link for you to pay through Paypal.

"Can I have your address to mail you my payment?"

No. I do not accept mailed payments. I only accept Paypal payments.

"Has my item been shipped yet?"

Please refer to the original receipt for the transaction. This can be found under "Your Etsy", then "Purchases" to the lefthand column. This will bring up all your purchases and there should be a statement whether it is marked as "shipped".

"Can I pick this up in person?"

No. Due to security reasons I will not arrange for personal collection.
