Your one-stop shop for all sorts of environmentally friendly reusable bags and other handcrafted goodies. Recently, I've been looking for ways to cut out unnecessary waste (especially plastic) from my life, so the results of my explorations are now for sale here! I'm willing to work on a commission basis, so if you would like a variation on something you see, let me know.

Payment

Payment must be sent within 3 days of ordering. PayPal is my preferred payment method - it allows you to pay by credit card even if you don't have a PayPal account and makes the whole process nice and easy. I will also accept personal checks and money orders. Please note, however, that I will wait to ship items until the check or money order has cleared, so expect a bit of a delay.

Submitting payment on Etsy is a separate step after placing the order -- You MUST click on the PayPal icon and be redirected to PayPal for your payment to be processed. If you are ordering items from multiple vendors, you must submit payment separately for EACH vendor. If you're not certain if your payment was processed, you can go to "Purchases" and click on the appropriate invoice.

If you are taking advantage of any specials/deals/sales mentioned on the main store page, please include a "message to seller" to make sure I know which special you are using. If you pay via PayPal, I will refund the sale amount; otherwise please wait for an updated invoice. Many times, the specials/sales apply to both of my stores, fabrik and julre, so I will apply the discount to any items from either/both stores that are ordered at the same time.

Shipping

Most items are shipped within 3 days of payment via USPS first class mail. Priority and express mail are available upon request - please contact me prior to submitting payment to work out the details and I will send you a revised invoice. Customers from outside of the U.S. are responsible for any duty/customs fees.

If it turns out that actual postage costs are considerably less than the shipping fee (usually only happens with orders of multiple items or international orders), I will add $1 to the actual postage to cover shipping supplies and will refund the remaining overage, with a $1.00 minimum refund. For example, if you pay $6 but actual postage was only $4, I will consider my shipping costs to be $5 and refund $1 to you.

If you order items from both jūlrē and făbrĭk at the same time, I will combine shipping so you don't pay the initial charge twice, and I will refund the over-payment.

Philly locals, as nice as it might seem to have an in-person exchange, it actually takes far more of my time and resources, so I prefer not to make deliveries or meet up somewhere. Shipping locally usually only takes 1 day, maybe 2 tops, so you will still get your item quickly.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you need to return or exchange an item, you can do so within 15 days of receipt. Items must be in their original condition. Customer pays for shipping on returns and exchanges. Please contact me to let me know why you are returning/exchanging, when I should expect the item(s) to arrive, and if there's anything I can do to make things better. For returns, I will refund payment after I verify the item is in its original condition. Custom orders are not returnable or exchangeable.

STUDIO/MATERIALS:
My home and studio are smoke-free and pet-free, however, since so many of my fabrics and materials are secondhand, I can't vouch for the condition of their original storage-place. If you have any questions about how I make something, shoot me an email!

MONTHLY EMAIL UPDATES:
I send out a mass email once a month or less to let people know about my monthly specials, email-list-only specials, and any new and exciting items. If you'd like to be added to the list, please send a "subscribe" email to fabrik11 [!at] gmail.com. If you're on the list and don't want to receive the emails any more, just send an "unsubscribe" email. So easy.
