Welcome to the LANYARDLADY shop, where delightful beaded lanyart is born of imagination and handcrafted with care. Fun to create, fun to look at, and fun to wear!

A lanyard is a necklace with a hook/loop at the end that allows you to attach ID badges, keys, photos, and even eyeglasses!

I use only high quality beads and findings in my work. My prices are based on materials used and the amount of time that goes into designing and creating each lanyard. I invite you to read feedback from my customers, who attest to the quality and attention to detail in my work.

Payment

I accept PayPal. Purchases unpaid after 24 hours will be relisted unless you have convoed me and we agree on delayed payment.

Shipping

All LANYARDLADY items are shipped first-class USPS mail or standard international mail within 4 days of payment received. PayPal purchases within the USA include delivery confirmation. Your purchase will be lovingly packaged in a plastic jewelry bag, bubble wrap and padded envelope to assure that it arrives in beautiful condition.

Shipping insurance is optional and is calculated on a per-item basis, beginning at $2.95 for the first item. I package my lanyards carefully and mail promptly; once your purchase leaves my studio I am not responsible if it is lost or damaged in transit. No refunds or replacements will be given for items lost in shipping.

Refunds and Exchanges

I guarantee your satisfaction with LANYARDLADY beaded lanyards but if you decide it's not right for you, convo me and we'll work something out.

My lanyards are triple-crimped for security and will safely hold ID badges or a single key. I cannot guarantee that they will hold up under the weight of multiple keys, scissors, charms, cell phones, etc.

In the event an item is to be returned, I will accept it within 7 days of purchase for a refund of the sale price. I do not refund shipping and handling fees. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Please note that refunds are offered only on items returned in their original condition.
