Payment

We accept Paypal and money orders for all US transactions. Paypal is the only payment method accepted on overseas orders. Payment is due within 7 days of the purchase date. Items not paid for within 7 days will be cancelled and relisted. Payment plans are available but must be arranged before purchasing the item. Payment plans are arranged on a case by case basis.

Shipping

All orders are shipped via USPS first class/priority mail. Items are mailed within 48 hours of payment unless otherwise notified. If you require your item to be shipped via a different mail carrier please let us know before purchasing or paying for your item(s). The shipping cost can vary from carrier to carrier.

Refunds and Exchanges

We only accept returns and/or exchanges on faulty products. Please let us know right away should your item arrive damaged or if it breaks under normal play. In some cases we will expect the faulty item to be returned at no cost to you. A replacement or refund will be sent out as soon as possible upon receipt of the return. Items damaged or lost by the postal service are not covered by our return/exchange policy. If you are concerned about postal damage please purchase postal insurance.
