We are convo and email friendly! Please feel free to contact us with any questions : ).

Payment

We will not commence work on your order without completed payment. We do not refund payment once work is begun.

Shipping

As Priority shipping costs recently increased, we have switched to shipping 1st Class USPS in order to keep dress costs the same. If you need to upgrade shipping to either Priority or Express, please just send us a convo and we'll work it out!

We do ship International via 1st Class. If our cart overcharges you shipping (and it probably will!) we will refund the extra via Paypal Refund once we figure out the actual shipping charges by weight/location. If you would like a real shipping estimate before ordering, please convo us and we'd be happy to do that and set up a custom listing for you!

Refunds and Exchanges

As all orders other than "in-stock" items are made-to-order customs, we do not do returns or exchanges unless there is a defect. Please convo for more details or to return defective merchandise which must be received by us in the condition/original packaging sent to you before we refund or exchange.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Please do not ask us to mark an item as a "gift" on the customs form. By US law that is illegal and could result in fines and severe penalties.
