welcome to my shop just would like you all to know that I take care in making all my items & they are all finished to a high quality standard, (well that is what my customers & my tutor at the college I go to said). I love working with beads & making felt beads so most of my jewellery is of that medium but I have been known to work with silver & copper. All the gemstone jewellery I make will be delivered to you in a lovely little voile bag & will have a detailed list of the gemstones special properties, perfect for a special gift!.

Payment

I mostly take paypal payments but if you do not have a paypal account just contact me & we can arrange another way for you to settle the bill.

Shipping

I ship all my orders out within 24hrs after payment is received, every thing is packed safely with plenty of bubble wrap in a secure padded envelope. If you would like a special fast delivery just contact me or leave me a note to seller when you go through the checkout. i will send you a confirmation message when I have shipped your order out & would you pleas let me know when you you receive your new item because I worry about it getting to you safe & sound. I keep track of everything through the royal mail so anything that gets "lost in the post" will be retrievable.

Refunds and Exchanges

Anything that gets damaged in the post which is very unlikely due to the amount of padding I wrap everything in but it can happen & if it has happened to your item just return it to me & when I get it I will either make another item for you or give you a refund, it will be your choice! Also if you are unhappy with your item please return it to me within 7 days with a note saying why you want to return it & i will be happy to give you a full refund.
