First of all, thank you so much for stopping by!

Our first goal is that you love, love, LOVE your purchase. Your satisfaction is very important to us.
Kassandra designs and makes everything by herself. Her motto is, she wouldn't sell anything she wouldn't be proud to give as a gift to a dear friend.

Payment

We only accept PayPal for all transactions, both national and international.

We would really appreciate if you paid immediately after purchase, but you have 24 hours to complete the payment.

If you are unable to complete the payment in the given time frame, please write to us and let us know why. We will work with you. If you buy without payment and we have not heard from you, we will simply cancel the transaction.

If you happen to change your mind about your purchase, please, do let us know as soon as possible. We will simply cancel the transaction and leave no feedback.

Shipping

We ship from Monday to Friday within 24 hours of cleared payment. If the purchase is made on the evening or during the weekend, we will ship the next business day.

We ship with the USPS. We try to keep the shipping costs as low as possible for you, so we use First Class mail for most of our orders. We use Priority Mail by default only when the size or the weight of the order demands it. However, if you would like to upgrade your order to Priority Mail, please let us know before you pay and we will send you an adjusted invoice.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AND CUSTOMS

We use USPS First Class International shipping.

Please don't ask that we mark your package as "gift" in the custom declaration. We love our customers, but we won't break the law for them.

We use the shipping option "Everywhere else" to cover places like Australia, Japan or China. That's why sometimes is so expensive. If you would like an estimate shipping cost to your particular country, please, just send us a convo, and we'll be able to give you a more accurate price. If you live near a country already listed, it's possible the shipping charges may be lower.

We will refund any overestimated shipping charges over $1 in international orders.

Please, be aware that we do not collect any customs when sending our packages. Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations. We have no way of calculating how much these fees would be, should they occur, and we are not responsible for those charges. For any additional information refer to your local customs agency.

Refunds and Exchanges

Although we do accept returns, please notice that chokers are not returnable due to health regulations. Custom-made orders are not returnable.

If you are not happy with your purchase, please, contact us within 7 days from date of delivery. We will refund your money (not the shipping fees) when it's delivered again to us. The product must be in unused condition, unbroken and without missing parts. You are responsible for the returning shipping fees.

If the item is damaged or we do not receive it back, we are sorry, but we can't refund your money.

Please, do not use the feedback tool as a means to let us know there is a problem. If you are not satisfied with your shopping experience with us, please, do write to us and let us know why you are upset; we are not telepathic (yet) and we can not know there is a problem if you do not tell us. We will work with you to rectify the situation to the best of our abilities. If you decide to leave neutral or negative feedback without talking to us first, we will understand that you do not want us to make things right, so we will not contact you.

Suggestions, pictures and customer testimonials are very appreciated.

At this moment, we don't do wholesale, consignment or trades.

We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
