Welcome

♥Slash Arts is the result of not being able to settle on one medium... because they're all too much fun to choose just one!

♥I welcome all convos, even just to say hi, but especially if you have any questions concerning anything in my shop. Drop me a line any time!

Payment

♥Please pay for any items purchased within 3 days. I prefer PayPal, but if you would like to arrange alternate payments, or have trouble completing any transactions, please convo me and let me know, I'd be glad to help in any way I can.

♥Transactions that are not completed after 3 days (and with no word from the buyer) will be cancelled and the item relisted.

Shipping

♥I include insurance on all shipments. I try to be fair on my shipping charges- the prices listed are usually just enough to cover shipping plus insurance costs.

♥I welcome any international purchases, please convo me and I will find out exact shipping costs for your location and adjust any invoices.

Refunds and Exchanges

♥If you recieve an item from my shop and are unhappy in any way, please contact me. I will be more than happy to work out a return or exchange, or even a refund, if needed.

♥Packages do sometimes end up lost in the mail. If you do not recieve the item purchased within 10 days of completing the transaction (20 days international) please contact me. I will try to track the item, and in most cases will send a replacement piece immediately.

Additional Policies and FAQs

♥Custom orders are welcomed, please convo me if there is an item already in the shop you would like changed in some way, or if you've got a crazy idea that you think I might be able to bring to fruition- bring it on! :)

♥I welcome any comments and feedback- it helps me adjust my shop to better suit the customers.
