Payment

Paypal is the only form of payment accepted, and is expected immediately upon checkout.

**IMPORTANT**
Please ensure your Etsy address is the one you want parcel to arrive.
I Don't check Paypal adress.

Shipping

Shipping is done within 48 h after payment has been cleared via priority Airmail.

**IMPORTANT**
Insurance is recommended for purchased over 50 U$ as this is the only way you will be covered in cases of postal loss/damage. If you'd like to purchase insurance please contact me for a quote before placing an order.
If you require a tracking number for your package you must purchase shipping via Airsure, International Signed for, Recorded Delivery, or Special Delivery, depending on where you are located. Contact me for more information and a price quote.

Refunds and Exchanges

Every piece is crafted with great care and attention to detail. In nature two beads are not exactly alike. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, items may be returned for store credit or refund within 15 days of purchase, in it's original condition. Shipping is non-refundable.

Refund is done within 10 days after delivery of the return parcel.
