Payment

I except Paypal and money order as forms of payment. Please keep in mind that all money orders except USPS money orders will be held to cleared.

Shipping

It normally takes me about 4 days to pack and ship items. I just try to go the post office about once a week.

If you need something shipped right away because it is a birthday or other gift just let me know in the message to seller area during check out.

There is free shipping to US and Canada, and a $3.00 shipping fee for all other Countries.
Shipping is free for all items except PIF and Destash items.

Refunds and Exchanges

If for any reason you are unhappy with an item you can return it.

You have 30 days from the time you receive your item to return it. You will have to pay return shipping.

Buy once your item has been returned You will receive a refund for the item, but that does not include return shipping.

if you like a certain style of earring, but want it in a different metal or different color of beads just send me a message, and I will see what I can do.
