Welcome to Black Rose Creations! I hope you enjoy browsing through my shop and that your purchasing experience with me is a smooth and happy one :)

Payment

I accept Paypal from buyers anywhere.

Postal orders or cheques will be accepted from UK buyers only. Please mail within three days of purchase. Cheques will need to clear before items are shipped out (usually 5-7 days).

Paying by credit card?
Here's a quick run-through of how to purchase items from my shop
a) add the item(s) to your cart
b) click the checkout button
c) enter your shipping information
d) select “ Pay with PayPal” as your payment method – even if you don’t have a PayPal account and want to use a credit card

You will be taken to a PayPal page for that purchase. It may prompt you to sign up for a PayPal account – but you do not need to. If you do not want to sign up for a PayPal account, scroll down and you will see the option to pay with a credit card or a bank account. After payment, you will be redirected to your purchase order.

Shipping

SHIPPING
In-stock items (already listed) will be shipped usually no more than 48 hours after cleared payment (please allow longer if purchasing over a UK bank holiday or at the weekend). Your item will be nicely wrapped and securely packaged. Shipping within the UK is first class mail or in some instances first class recorded delivery, overseas shipping is via standard airmail. Estimated delivery is 3-10 working days but do please allow for it to take a little longer - depending on where the item is being shipped to.
ITEMS WILL BE SHIPPED TO THE ADDRESS PROVIDED ON ETSY UNLESS YOU ADVISE OTHERWISE.

Refunds and Exchanges

I hope you will be happy with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not, please convo or email me to let me know why and then, simply return it within 14 days in the same condition it reached you, and I will issue a refund.
