What happened to my policies? Crapola. I had a ton of stuff typed here for your reference. It'll take me a while to remember everything I'd put here before. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me. Thanks.

Payment

*** Paying by a method other than PayPal? ***
Please contact me and let me know how you plan to pay and when you'll be sending payment so I know what to be watching for and when. Please make all payments (of any method) within three days of purchase at most, or contact me if there will be any delay so that I'm aware of the situation. Thanks! :)

Shipping

*** Your Shipping Address ***

Please make sure your address listed at PayPal matches what Etsy has on file, or email me at flying_icebergs [!at] yahoo.com if you want to ship to a specific address. You can expect a delay in shipping if the addresses do not match and I don't hear otherwise from you. Please contact me either by email or through Etsy conversation to ensure that I'm aware of special shipping instructions. Please do NOT simply rely on "notes to seller" in check out or PayPal payment, as I don't always remember to look for that information (since 95% of my buyers don't include anything in that section).



*** My Shipping Methods ***

Nearly everything will be shipped by the United States Postal Service. If I'm using a different carrier, I'll post that in the listing.

I can generally ship within 24 hours of receiving a cleared payment. Obvious exceptions include Sundays and holidays or if I'm out of town at the time your order is placed. Sometimes work might prevent me from getting to the post office when I'd like to. I apologize in advance for that. As I said, I can USUALLY swing same or next-day shipping, I just can't guarantee it.

I'll always let you know if there will be delays past 24 hours. I'll always let you know WHEN your package has been shipped. And many buyers have found that if I'm unable to ship within 48 hours, I'll often throw in a little something extra. (Though this isn't a guarantee...just something nice I like to do when I can.)

Additional Policies and FAQs

Many products featuring my photography or graphic designs have been produced with the aid of a third-party printer. I wish I had the ability to produce all of these items myself at home, but unfortunately I don't at this time. Every item in my shop is presently in my possession. I do not drop-ship for standard listings. If you're interested in a custom listing, such as a t-shirt in a size or style other than I already have listed, that would require me to put in a special order to the printer, so processing and shipping would obviously take longer.


*** Custom Orders ***

If you're interested in something you see in my previously sold items, there's a good chance I might still be able to get you something just like or similar to it. Depending on what it is, of course. Most of my items can be reproduced upon demand.


Much of my photography can be produced in other sizes as well as on a variety of products. Magnets, pin back buttons, and cards are just the beginning! If you're interested in something specific, let me know! We can probably work something out.
