I ship everything Parcel Post. If you should require a quicker method please contact me and let me know.

Refunds and Exchanges

RETURNS:

° Don't worry - we gladly accept returns on any item over $50.00 for a store credit. Items $50.00 and under are not returnable.

° Inform us within 2 days that you want to return the item - and when we get it back, we will send you a certificate good for the total amount of that item.

° If you don't see anything that you want now... that's OK... the credit is good till you want to use it!

° Of course, the item needs to be returned to us in the same great condition - make sure to insure the package on its trip back!

° We apologize - shipping charges are non-refundable.

° Would you like to stop by our Austin, Texas Studio? To make an appointment with us, simply call us at 512.263.5925 or email us at the contact vintagelaundry option and request a date, time and items you would like to see. We need to get our vintage out of storage, so we need at least 24 to 48 hours notice. See you soon!
