Hi! Welcome to Dot the I Creations, your one-stop-shop in everything unique for baby. I hope you will find what your looking for and even a few things you weren't ;)

I love hearing from fellow Etsians and always enjoy a good trade!

Payment

Payment is expected once you "purchase" the item unless you have made arrangements with me beforehand. Nothing will be shipped or produced until payment is received.

Checks are accepted, but the shipping process may take a little longer. As soon as I receive payment through the mail, and check clears then I will produce and ship item.

All orders will be shipped standard mail unless otherwise requested.

Refunds and Exchanges

Lost Items
If I have shipped an your order and you do not receive it, I will supply a replacement but buyer will be responsible for a portion of production costs of item.

Returns
No returns for custom work. I will provide a mock up of product for your approval. It is the buyers job to communicate any mistakes to me.

No return on vintage items or altered clothes. All measurements are given, please be sure of the size before you order.

Returns MAY or MAY NOT be granted for Baby Onesies. If it was customized, it cannot be returned, if you need another size, I will gladly exchange but shipping is buyer's responsibility.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Rudeness or misbehavior
Any hostile or unjust behavior/abuse towards me or anything will be reported to Etsy.

I really want all my customers to be happy. So if there is ever a problem with an order, please contact me and I will try my hardest to fix it.
