I am so glad you have decided to read my shop policies! I want you as the customer to be happy with what I can do for you!

**Also check my SOLD orders, many of them can be re-created in any size and I can also change the colors!**

Shipping

I always ship my packages First Class Mail with delivery confirmation if possible!

***I check my store daily and items are usually shipped out the next day and no later than 3 days after I receive your order and payment!
I will send you a convo when I receive your order AND when your order is shipped out!!*

I ship US post office and it usually takes 3-5 business days for your package to arrive, longer if shipping internationally.

Refunds and Exchanges

***I understand that sometimes a dreadlock sleeve won't fit and it is very hard to go by a picture and try and figure that out, so I am very understanding if an exchange my be needed and I will work with you until YOU get one that will fit and look lovely on your dreads!!!
I always try to accommodate my customers until they are happy by doing whatever it takes!
***And I understand that thing DO get lost in the mail sometimes...I will usually make you a new item if this happens or I will refund your money if I can't!
***If you just don't like what you get from me (which I hope you do!) Convo me and we will see what we can do!!!

***CUSTOM ORDERS and RESERVE***
*Dreadlock sleeves:
I will take custom orders for colors, patterns and sizes! Don't be afraid to ask! We will work on it together until we get it right!
*Necklaces:
If you have a pendant and you want me to make a necklace to put it on I will!

**On Reserving - I do not mind to do it for you for at least two weeks unless we talk about it and decide on a longer time limit!
