Payment

Payment is due within 3 days of purchase - this is non-negotiable. I cannot ship items out until I receive payment in full. If you have issues with the etsy or paypal transaction, send me a message and I will send you out a paypal money request for your convenience.

Shipping

I ship international items via Australia Post Airmail. Items are shipped within 2 business days of purchase and should arrive in 7-10 days within Australian and may take longer for international orders due to customs, but usually arrive within 14 days.

Refunds and Exchanges

Evaluated on a case-by-case basis. No returns for change-of-mind. For faulty goods: In an event where an item arrives damaged in the post in any way I will replace the item free of charge. If an item does not withstand normal wear and tear within a one month period, or you are not satisfied with the quality of the item, I am happy to issue a full refund or exchange. Send me a message and we can discuss a solution.
