Although I'm highly efficient, I also have an easy going friendly personality so I'm told I'm easy to work with. Your purchases will always arrive quickly, packaged beautifully, and usually include an extra little something. I enjoy communicating with customers and making their shopping experience a happy one.

Payment

Paypal for all international purchases. For Australian buyers either Paypal or Direct Deposit. I will combine shipping on items and will also combine purchases from both my stores. If you are purchases from both stores on the same day, please don't pay until you receive a revised invoice.

Shipping

Items are posted within 24 hours of order being received. All overseas packages go via airmail and usually take about a week to arrive.

Refunds and Exchanges

Seven day no questions asked money back return for Australian buyers upon return of purchase in good original condition.
Fourteen day no questions asked money back return for International buyers upon return of purchase in good original condition.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I work on the philisophy of 'It doesn't hurt to ask'...and am happy if you do the same. If there's an item in my sold section that you're interested I'll do my best to make a similar one for you. Similarly I am happy to do multiple orders.
