theartshop's Shop Policies

Welcome

Thanks for visiting theartshop! My goal is to sell quality handmade items that are one or two of a kind. I use new quality products as well as recycled items to make my jewelry and love creating new and sometimes a little unusual items.
All items are hand made with quality craftsmanship.

Most of my designs I make only once, but if you see something in my SOLD items I would be happy to make them again if I have the supplies.

Payment

I accept payment via Paypal your order will ship after payment is received. Payment via paypal is required within 3 days of purchase or the transaction can be canceled and the item relisted. Please contact me if you have any questions about payment. I would be glad to hold or reserve items for a little while (a few days, to a week, I am pretty flexible). Just contact me .

Indiana buyers will be charged .07% state sales tax on purchases. This will be added by PayPal.

Shipping

Your item will be sent to the address on your PayPal account, if you would like your item sent to a different address, please let me know when you make payment by contacting me through my shop.

Your item/s ship after payment is received. USPS first class usually arrives within 2-4 days in the US. International orders will take longer.

If you are in a hurry just let me know and I’ll see how quick I can get it to you. I can ship priority (2-3 day) or express mail (1-2 day) upon request for an extra charge depends on your location.

Let me know if you would like insurance on your package and I will send a revised invoice. I have not had any trouble with packages but will not be liable for lost or damaged packages.

Pottery is shipped by itself and will not be included in part of the second item when shipping more than one order.

Refunds and Exchanges

My goal/dream is to make and sell my work and have truly happy customers. If for some reason you are unhappy with your item, please contact me within 7 days of receiving the item/s and I will refund your cost once the item/s are returned to me in the original condition or exchange for another piece. You would be responsible for return shipping costs.
