The clutches that are sold in my store are 100% guaranteed and are top quality. I stand by my work and strive to create to the best of my ability. I use unique, fun, uncommon fabrics for each clutch for an almost one of a kind purse. I use a strong adhesive and frame crimper to make care that the frames are secure and tight. You will not be disappointed I am sure!!

ALL DOLLS AND PURSES ARE CREATED IN A SMOKE AND PET FREE ENVIRONMENT!!!
*the environment IS pet free. However, I do have two short hair Staffordshires. They do not come into the creating room and therefore do not contaminate my fabrics. But, I would just like to say this if for any reason someone may be seriously allergic to dander that may somehow escape.*

PLEASE REMEMBER when purchasing a sockmonster for a young child:
**BUTTONS ARE A CHOKING HAZARD, NOT A TOY**
I can easliy exchange the button eyes into a baby safe toy on request!!!!

Payment

Payment is appreciated upon completion. However, I will reserve items if you would like, just shoot me a convo. Please note, I can only reserve the item for up to one week.

Shipping

SHIPPING DETAILS:
**I ship all items usually within 24 to 48 hours after recieving payment and I will convo you the confirmation**

I always wrap purchases with paper and ribbon for shipping. And I will also accomodate a certain Holiday upon request at no extra charge.
***Each coin purse, clutch, mini clutch, sock monster will have it's very own handmade drawstring dust cover bag to keep your item free from environmental harm when not in use****

If you are interested in a purchase and would like to add shipping insurance to your order, proceed through checkout (but DO NOT PAY YET, and be sure to MESSAGE that you would like insurance). Estimated cost for insurance is $2.00. You will then receive an updated invoice.

Sock-Monsta Shipping:
USA - I ship all dolls via USPS Priority with confirmation. They will arrive within 2-3 business days.
International - I ship USPS First Class, unfortunatley they do not offer confirmation unless Priority or Express. They will arrive within 7-10 business days.

All other items in my shop:
USA - I ship USPS First Class with confirmation.
International - I ship USPS First Class, unfortunatley they do not offer confirmation unless Priority or Express.

Refunds and Exchanges

RETURNS/PROBLEMS/DEFECTS:
I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase so that being said. If anyone has had ANY issues with your clutch no matter how old the sale is, I will pay for shipping costs so that I may fix the issue. As long as it was not invloved in a dogfight, ran over by a car, mauled by a pack of lions, etc. You get the point ;)

CUSTOM ORDERS:
AT THE TIME BEING I AM UNABLE TO DO ANY CUSTOM ORDERS. You can convo me if your interested in something and I will be able to tell you when Ill be able to produce something at this time.
You either send me a convo of what you would like OR you can go ahead and click that lil button on the shop main page "request custom item" ...I LOVE doing custom orders.

Specialty Sock Monsters: I have made some custom order sockdolls, so if you would like I could make you one too! For instance, I am a new mother and love my little one's socks and wanted to immortalize them by making a lil baby sock doll I now hang from the good ol'diaper bag. If you would like to do something like this, please convo me and we can work out the details :)

COUPONS:
If you have received one of my coupons and are interested in a purchase, proceed through checkout (but DO NOT PAY YET, and be sure to MESSAGE me the coupon code). You will then receive an invoice for the discounted merchandise. The same applies if you would like to purchase shipping insurance :)
