Welcome

I love to crochet and knit and I consider myself a person that does it well. So I also consider that all of my items will also do well with normal wear. :-)

Payment

I prefer Paypal as payment for any transaction, but will also accept money orders or personal checks if you prefer. I can understand that not everyone likes Paypal. I do expect Paypal payments to me completed withing 5 days and checks/money orders to be received in 10 days. :-)

Shipping

1st Class Shipping to the US and Canada is $2.00 plus $.50 for each additional item.

1st Class Shipping elsewhere in the world is $6.00 plus $1.50 for each additional item.

Insurance and delivery confirmation is optional. If you would like to add either, please convo me first so I can add to your invoice.

Paypal payments will ship that same day if possible, but no later than the next business day. Money order payments will go out the day after payment is received, and check payments will ship as soon as the check clears my bank.

Refunds and Exchanges

In the rare case that one of my items does not hold up with normal wear, I promise that I will do my best to fix it or replace it with a new item. I want to make sure you are happy with my service and want to keep you happy. :-)

Additional Policies and FAQs

Unfortunately small bead crochet items is all I can make, but if you'd like to expand a bracelet into a necklace, for example, it is always a possibility. Please feel free to contact me and we can work something out. :-)
