Welcome

I take pride in creating unique family and one-of-a-kind pieces. All pieces are handmade in my smoke-free home with attention to detail and style.

Payment

Payment may be made via Paypal. Payment is expected within three days of ordering, and orders will not be shipped until payment has cleared.

Ontario residents will be charged 8% PST. (Please wait for revised invoice when ordering before paying).

All orders will be shipped within 5-7 days of cleared payment.

Please be aware that the buyer is responsible for any duties / custom fees on international shipments.

Shipping

My jewellery is shipped in a jewellery card within a bubble mailer. Some pieces may be shipped in a box depending on their size.

I send my items via Canada Post, unless other arrangements are agreed upon. Insurance is available at an additional cost. If you wish to purchase insurance, or make other shipping arrangements, please let me know at the time of your order, so that a revised Paypal invoice may be sent to you.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds will be given for damaged items only, if reported within 7 days of receiving the item. Refunds will be issued once the item has been sent back to me.

I am unable to give refunds for items lost in the mail, unless insurance has been purchased.
