Welcome my little pretties! Thanks so much for visiting my lil shop and I thank you for giving my creations a lovely home where they will live happily ever after.

Payment

• Payment is via Paypal or credit card. You do not need a Paypal account to pay for your order through Paypal. Click the payment button and it will give you the option to pay with credit card without signing up for a Paypal account. Thanks!
• I will ship your order once payment has been cleared. I ship Monday through Thursday.
• I love custom orders and will consider any request. Once a deposit is cleared through Paypal I’ll start to create it. I will email photos for your final approval. Deposits are non~refundable.

Shipping

• Shipping is based on weight. If you purchase more than one item, the shipping rate will be adjusted according to the combined weight of the items.
• I cannot be responsible for lost, damaged, stolen or misplaced shipments. I will do my best to provide quality customer service on my side and I’ll say a little prayer for your package when I ship it but once it’s with the post office I have no control. I do not provide insurance on shipping but I can add insurance for an extra fee if you’d like, just let me know.
• International Customers ~ please contact me for shipping costs. Also some countries apply import taxes and customs fees on all packages over a certain price coming into the country. All customs fees and duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please make sure to read the descriptions and view items carefully when purchasing. If you are not happy with your purchase please email me that you want to return an item within one week of receipt and I will take it back however please note shipping fees cannot be refunded and you will also need to pay for the shipping fees to return it. Once I receive the returned item I will refund your purchase price minus a 10% restocking fee. If you’d like to exchange an item then the same policy applies – you will have to incur all shipping costs to and from but I will exclude the 10% restocking fee. Returned items must be sent back with a Delivery Confirmation. Custom returns will be handled on an individual basis. My prayer is that you will love your purchase so neither of us will have to worry about this.

The artist retains full rights for reproduction and use for the original art sold unless you obtain a written consent from the artist. Please note you are only purchasing the item not the right to the idea. It is illegal to copy or make derivative works from any copyrighted material. Copyright is not transferable with sale. Copy, resale and redistribution of the original artwork and images displayed on this web page are prohibited. My art is not authorized for resale so please contact me if you intend to sell my art. ~Presents~
If your purchase is as a present I can send it directly to the recipient's just include their name and address of that person during checkout. I will include a gift card just let me know the message. It will be wrapped up all pretty for your loved one!

~Save the planet~
I will not include an invoice in your package unless requested, just being green and saving a tree. Also when possible I will ship using recycled packaging materials.

~Wholesale~
Please feel free to contact me about wholesale but please keep in mind all my creations are one of a kind.

~Safety~
Please be aware for that my creations are purely decorative and should not be considered toys, or handled by young children.
