Customer service is very important to me, I want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase and happy with the transaction.
I am a reasonable person and am easy to work with. Happy to provide no-obligation quotes for multiple orders and custom items.

Payment

I accept paypal, sterling cheques, banker's sterling drafts, and cash. You can pay by credit card through paypal, even if you don't have an account. Please pay for orders within 48 hours, unless we have come to another arrangement. I accept layaway plans too.
For alchemy or commissioned order, I would like 50% of the projected costs in advance, but I can be flexible about that.

Shipping

I will post as soon as possible after your order and refund any excess postage paid. You will receive an email when your purchase is in the post, giving you the approximate arrival time. If you have any special posting requirements please let me know. Otherwise, your purchase will be professionally and correctly packed. For a small fee I can gift wrap and add a card if you wish it sent to another person.

Refunds and Exchanges

I do accept returned items under certain circumstances, but you must contact me first. No returns for buyer remorse, commissioned items etc.
