Shipping

All shipping is through USPS Priority Mail. Contact me with the ship-to zip code before purchase and I will respond with the exact shipping charge. Buyer is responsible for insurance, and, if shipping overseas, for all customs fees. Please feel free to contact me regarding any questions or special shipping instructions, or if you would like me to ship the purse(s) through another carrier.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be sincerely delighted with your purchase from Staunch! Questions and feedback are always appreciated. Please don't hesitate to contact me at lgrellner at gmail.com. That said, returns or exchanges on unused bags are accepted within 5 days of receipt of purchase. I believe the craftsmanship will stand for itself, but I will do my best to work with you if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.

If you are dreaming of that perfect knit bag and cannot seem to find it anywhere, email me and I will work with you to make it real. I try to keep each bag as individual as possible, so if you like a bag you saw at Staunch and it is no longer available, contact me and we can work together to create something fantastic for you. My materials are usually one of a kind, hard to find, or discontinued. I have a treasure trove of special yarns and baubles, and duplicating them would be near impossible!
