Welcome to Two Angels Accessories. I take pride in handcrafting bows, headbands and other accessories. I have been making boutique items since November 2006 and have expanded my line of accessories to include bows, clippies, headbands and jewelry. My items are currently featured in brick and mortar stores in VA, TX and CO. I have my own website also. I have been selling online for over 4 years on ebay and offer exceptional customer service. You will find that I am very easy to work with.

Payment

I happily accept paypal and RME for payments. Payments should be remitted within 3 days unless prior arrangements have been made.

Shipping

Most all of my items can ship first class. If you would prefer to have your items shipped priority mail please let me know so that I can send you a new invoice reflecting that price change for shipping. I generally ship 6 days a week.

Refunds and Exchanges

I do not offer refunds or exchanges typically. If you have a problem with your items please contact me, I am sure we can work something out.

I cannot be responsible for your package being lost in the mail. You will recieve a tracking number by email when your items ships from paypal. Please consider insuring your packages.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I am happy to offer wholesale orders on my bows, headbands, and jewelry. For pricing, please email me at twoangelsaccessories [!at] cox.net with "wholesale" in the title. I am also happy to work on any custom orders. If you like something I have in my shop but would like a different color, please feel free to convo me your request and I will set up a private auction for you. I am also happy to make trades. I am always on the lookout for supplies or items that I can trade for.

CUSTOM ORDERS: Generally I can finish up custom orders within 1 week and get them shipped out, many times sooner than that. On occasion, especially if I am really busy, it may take up to 2 weeks to finish a custom order. I will keep in contact with you throughout the process and notify you of the shipment date. There are times when I have to order supplies to finish your products. I will notify you if I need to order any supplies and give you an estimated date of when I should recieve the supplies and finish your product. I can be reached by email 7 days a week and I normally check my email every few hours (except at night of course :) )
