Welcome and thanks for taking the time to read my shop policies.
Customer communication is a high priority with me, but I don't want to clutter your inbox unnecessarily. That said, I will cheerfully respond you your questions and comments promptly. I love to hear from you!

Payment

I am happy to accept any of the following methods of payment:
Paypal, cashier's check, money order, or personal check.
*note: you do not need to have a Paypal account to use the system to pay with a credit card or echeck. Paypal acts as the credit card processor for all Etsy orders.
Be sure to follow the link in your Etsy order through to the Paypal site to complete your transaction...your order is not complete until then. You will receive an email from Paypal confirming your payment has been made.

Shipping

Shipping Policies:
For domestic shipping, I generally use USPS or UPS, whichever costs less.
I will ship internationally, but will need to check on the cost of shipping on a case by case basis. Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.
We can communicate in advance to work out the details if necessary. I am happy to answer any questions via email/convo.

Refunds and Exchanges

Additional Policies and FAQs

I prefer to use recycled packing materials in my on-going effort to be earth-friendly in all my processes. If you prefer brand-new materials to be used, please let me know when you place an order.
I have loads of experience packing ceramics, be assured I can get your purchase to you in one piece. No worries!
