Sparta Soap is uncomplicated.
I think that the best ingredient for soap is Olive Oil.
I love Olive Oil. Sparta Soap is made with Olive Oil.
I make my own soap so we can use a higher percentage of Olive Oil.
I use modern techniques and simple ingredients.
Sparta Soap is luxury you can afford to use (and indulge in!) every day.
MY essential oil blends are fresh and unique -> ordinary is not our forté!
If you have never tried our handmade soap, you won't believe the difference!
The lather is creamier, the soap is non-drying and the fragrances are wonderful.
And as an added benefit, the appearance of Sparta Soap is beautifully and naturally simple.

Each bar of soap weighs 3.7 (possibly a little more) ounces.
Bar shape is rectangular.
The dimensions are approximately 4" x 3" x 1".
Sparta Soap looks great in a soap dish!
Each bar of soap is labeled with all ingredients listed.

Packaging: Soap is wrapped simply with just a cigar band label.
Upon receipt of your soap, we suggest you store it away from strong light.
Soap fragrance will seem very strong when opened the, but will mellow once it's been opened.
Strong light may cause natural colorants to lighten, but will not affect the quality of the soap.

Payment

Paypal
You do not need a Paypal account You can use your credit card as you would on any other website.

I also want to point out is that soap is heavy -> for example, three bars ship at one pound.

I DO NOT accept any type of mail in payment (checks/money orders).

Payment expected within 3 days unless other arrangements are made via convo.

Shipping

In the case of a shipping overcharge, all excess shipping is refunded within 24 hours.

I ship to the address in Etsy. If you wish to have your order shipped to another address, please send a convo.

I ship within two business days.
I ship First Class mail (for items up to 13 oz - one or two bars) and Priority Mail (three or more bars).
If shipping seems excessive, again don't worry, I refund any excess that you have paid.

Insurance is optional at buyer's expense. I am not responsible for misrouted, damaged, stolen, disappeared packages.

All orders ship with delivery confirmation. If you have not received your order and the Post Office confirmation shows package as "Delivered" or "Arrived at Unit", we can not replace your package. For packages marked "Delivered" check with members of your household and neighbors first, otherwise you must go through your local post office.

We are happy ship to APO/FPO addresses.

International buyers are responsible for all duties, taxes, etc.

Errors:
Omissions/Incorrect items: No matter how hard I try, I do make the occasional mistake. :) If an item(s) is missing or we sent the wrong item, please let me know within seven (7) days and I will ship the missing or replace the incorrect item(s) as soon as possible at no charge to you. Please note: I am not responsible for loss or damage during shipping.

Please read product descriptions before purchasing. I list all ingredients. Due to the nature of the product and risk of contamination, I cannot accept returns.

Nothing from Sparta Soap is edible. You wouldn't dream of drinking your favorite perfume, would you? (i hope not!) Well then, it's the same with our products - no nibbling, please! :) And be sure to keep everything away from children and pets.

Sorry, but I'm not taking trades at this time.

But when I do, this is how I do it:

Everything in my shop is up for trade. So if there is no "team trade on" tag, it just means I missed that item.
Some of my fave things to trade for: pottery, handmade paper, commercial paper, candles, jewelry, leather, fabric, notebooks/journals, vintage
That's not all, so feel free to ask. I pretty much like everything. :)
Trades are on the "up and up". That means you 'buy' something from my shop and I 'buy' something from yours. Just choose 'other' for payment method. I do not want to circumvent etsy fees. Plus we get to leave feedback that way and are protected in case someone doesn't receive their trade item.

I trade even up, including shipping costs. So I want to mention that soap is heavy and is fairly expensive to ship.
Okay, now for my cranky little rant: Please don't wait to receive your trade item before you ship mine! It is very time consuming to keep track of trades that haven't been sent. If there is a delay, fine, just let me know. :) I am very reliable and ship quickly. Just look at my feedback. If you don't trust me, then by all means, don't trade with me.
